Russ Greenlaw has been a proven leader within the grocery industry for over 20 years, leveraging his operational expertise and strategic thinking to increase profits, expand business development and streamline organizational structure. Throughout his career, Russ has held various executive-level positions overseeing sales and operations for prominent companies such as Star Markets, Stop & Shop, Bozzuto’s, Associated Grocers of New England, and currently, IGA.

In addition to his knack for people and processes, Russ has an adept passion for social responsibility that he pursues through volunteerism, education and corporate initiatives. He has completed multiple executive programs through Cornell University, Harvard Business School and Oxford University, and has served the Connecticut Food Association as the Board’s Chairman since 2020.
